With over a decade of global experience, I’ve helped organisations across industries design strategies that go beyond ticking boxes - they drive real change. As an LSE-trained HR and workplace equity specialist, I’ve worked with organisations like the International Labour Organisation (ILO) to develop practical, measurable solutions for pay equity and inclusion.

I believe fair pay builds stronger businesses. My mission is to help companies align rewards with values, close pay gaps, and create inclusive cultures where everyone thrives. My expertise spans multiple industries and cultures, and I offer services in English, Spanish, Italian, and French.
